Life Opening involves showing up for yourself for two sessions per week for six weeks, and encompasses 
twelve hours of one-on-one time including sacred breathwork and radical presence sessions, bespoke meditations to support your unique needs, remote energetic alignment and neural integration, and a recorded session to keep and replay for life. Your guide will be available through messaging throughout the six week period for additional support as you allow yourself to unfurl, bloom, and expand into who you are becoming.
